The Young Democrats of America are holding their spring convention in Boise, Idaho! This is a great opportunity for us in Washington State, because we’re so close geographically. The King County Young Democrats are organizing a group to attend the YDA Convention together. We are committed to providing funding for those who might find the cost prohibitive.

The 2022 Spring Meeting of the Young Democrats of America will take place April 1st through April 3rd in Boise, Idaho.

At a time when people are counting out Red and rural states across the country and counting out young people at every level of politics, we are thrilled to head to Idaho to show folks just how well young gets it done. Never before has Idaho held a national Democratic event, and as usual, Young Democrats are leading the way to create change and grow institutions. So to this point, the theme for this meeting will be “A Seat at the Table: Creating, Claiming, and Making Space.”
